Malaysia Real Estate & Property web site realestate.4u.my is an online property portal that allows free and unlimited listing of Malaysia properties for sale or for rent by house sellers or property agents. Listing is classified into various property types and states in Malaysia. The portal allows property agents to have a profile page whereby all information about the agent including his photo, contact number, web site link etc can be displayed. Agent may also choose to upload an image of his name card instead of his photo.

Property sellers or agents are allowed to post as many property listings as he likes and upload up to 7 photographs for each listing. There is no expiry date for the property listing and agent will only need to delete the listing when the property is sold or when the listing is no longer required.

There are also various search features in this portal whereby the simple search allows search for properties by type of property or state in Malaysia. The advance search allows search to be carried out by a more detailed criteria. Then there is also a Google site search where search can be carried out for the pages indexed by Google by specifying any keyword.

Property buyers can also choose to subscribe to the email property alert and the subscriber will be notified with a email when a property that fit his criteria is submitted to the portal.

For greater exposure, property sellers or agents can subscribe to the featured listing or featured agent package for a fee and the featured listings will be shown in the featured section of the home page.
